Villa Romana, Costa Dorada

The 4-star Vil-la Romana Hotel is a large complex with a good range of facilities, typical of the family-orientated hotels you find on the Costa Dorada. A huge lagoon style pool complete with palm-covered island and wooden bridges provides a refreshing place to cool off for those relaxing on the sun terraces. The complex is approximately 300m from Levante beach and around 1km from Salou beach. Salou resort centre is also around 1km away. There are a huge range of activities to enjoy in the area including boat trips, water sports, paragliding, horse riding, hiking and much more. There are 3 golf courses within 20km.

Accommodation at the complex consists of 430 bright and airy guestrooms set over 4 floors. Rooms are large, clean and well-equipped. Standard rooms sleep up to 4 adults and come with sofa bed and twin beds. Twin rooms are available for sole occupancy. Junior suites with larger twin bedrooms and suites with a separate lounge area are available for a supplemental fee. Interconnecting rooms connected by a door can be booked. All rooms come with satellite TV, mini bar, hair dryer, telephone, safety deposit box, air conditioning, full bathroom with WC and balcony or terrace.

 

As we have come to expect from large hotel complexes on the Costa Dorada, the Vil-la Romana provides an extensive range of facilities. The large outdoor pool with its palm-tree covered island, wooden bridges and surrounding tropical gardens forms an attractive centre piece to the complex. A poolside bar serves drinks and refreshments for those relaxing on the terraces, while a lounge bar serves drinks and provides entertainment in the evenings.
