We encourage you to make a note of the expiry date of your tokens as out-of-date tokens cannot be redeemed or refunded. Tokens are valid for new bookings only and are non-transferable. These tokens can be redeemed by calling our specialist travel consultants on Freephone 0800 408 6326 or 020 3106 5491 and cannot be redeemed online (this number is free from UK land lines but mobiles will be charged at your network rate). Tokens may not be used in conjunction with any other Directline Holidays offer although you will be entitled to the online discount available at the time of booking. Tokens cannot be used to pay for flight-only bookings, flight upgrades, accommodation-only holidays, optional extras like insurance, excursions, surcharges, admin fees or holidays booked on our skiing, citybreaks, cruise, flights or hotel websites. Tokens will be accepted towards payment for any package holiday abroad from our website, www.directline-holidays.co.uk. The name on the token must match one of the passenger’s names on the booking. Only one token can be redeemed per booking. No refund will be given if the holiday booked is less than your token value. The token will be accepted as payment towards the final balance, not the deposit. Holidays departing within 14 days of booking are excluded from this offer. All standard Tesco.com Clubcard reward scheme terms and conditions apply and these can be found on the Tesco.com website.
