Kandersteg weather
Kandersteg in the Swiss lakes and mountains lies in an area of wonderful seasonal weather. In the summer months of June, July and August, temperatures reach a very pleasant low 20s celsius while, in May and September, you can expect high teens. While Kandersteg is fairly far south, at 46 degrees, it's a mountainous area, so you can expect changeable weather. So pack rainwear in summer. In winter, snow-sports enthusiasts love Kandersteg, because great skiing and snowboarding weather is a cast-iron certainty, with the mountains receiving a fairytale blanket of snow.
