Part-time Travel Consultant (min 18 hours per week)
Location: Croydon, Surrey
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-11pm, Sat and Sun (8hr shift each day)
Wage: £17000 OTE pa + additional bonuses
Work Pattern: Evenings and Weekends
Duration: Permanent
The ideal candidate will have a confident and friendly telephone manner, excellent written and spoken communication skills, and be able to work under pressure. He/she will be a good team worker with a fine attention to detail and accuracy. Previous call centre or travel experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
You will be working for a lively company dealing with customers seeking your help to book holidays with major tour operators to the worlds' most popular travel destinations.
We are experiencing particular growth of business in the evenings and weekends and are looking to employ new consultants to satisfy the demand. Number of working hours is negotiable, with a minimum of 18 hours per week.

- Committed to delivering a high quality service to customers.
- Literate and numerate with excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office products, particularly, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Previous call centre or travel experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
Based at our newly refurbished offices in Croydon, South London, you will be working for a young and lively company dealing with customers seeking your help to book holidays with major tour operators to the worlds' most popular travel destinations.
Full-time positions work a 5 day week (one day of which will normally be either Saturday or Sunday). We welcome applicants who would prefer a part-time position.
By achieving realistic targets, you can expect to earn £16,000 to £18,000 per annum (full-time), with excellent incentives for performance over target.
