Beach
The golden sands of Cambrils stretch for 9km along the Costa Dorada, and provide a great base for relaxing, swimming and water sports. With its soft sands and clean crystal-clear waters, the quiet and traditional resort of Cambrils is the ideal place to unwind.
Water sports
The resort boasts excellent conditions for windsurfing, kite surfing and sailing, and also offers facilities for banana boat rides, water skiing, kayaking, scuba diving and fishing.

Leave the beach behind and discover the beauty of the surrounding area on horseback or mountain bike, or even on foot whilst hiking or trekking through the countryside. Golfers can relax in the sunshine during a round or two in one of three courses close by.

Just 3km away lies the famous theme park, Port Aventura - ideal for adults and children alike. Spend a few action-packed days exploring the various themed lands here, and enjoy the thrilling rides and exciting shows on offer throughout the park.
Day trips
Explore the area with day trips to Tarragona, the Roman city with the famed Gothic cathedral, or the vibrant Barcelona, home to an array of cultural sights, dining and shopping. Children will also enjoy a trip to the water park, Aquopolis, at La Pineda.
