Aguadulce is blessed with golden beaches and crystal clear warm waters that are perfect for couples and families. Aguadulce beach is one of the most popular on the Costa de Almeria. This Blue Flag awarded beach stretches for two and a half kilometres and offers a number of water sports facilities including windsurfing, waterskiing and diving.

The popular restaurants in Aguadulce are located around the marina area and these first class eateries serve the freshest seafood and fish with a delicious Arabic flavour. The restaurants and tapas bars are open late into the night and the locals do not usually start their dinner until at least 10pm before moving onto the late night bars for drinks.

 

Sports lovers will be in paradise with the facilities on offer in Aguadulce. Try your hand at golf on the spectacular course at Almerimar or take to the skies via parasailing and hand gliding. The opportunity to view the Costa de Almeria from a hot air balloon should not be missed and other options can include tennis, horse riding, exploring caves and even motor sports.

 

There is a number of exciting day trips available from Aguadulce. The city of Almeria is Andalucia’s eastern capital and is a charming city steeped in history. Granada is well worth a visit for the spectacular architecture and has an abundance of first class restaurants and vibrant Moroccan nightlife options. Whale and dolphin watching trips are also available and there are many expedition pick up points available along the coast.

 

Diving is available in Aguadulce and there is an Indalosub dive school available in Aguadulce. Professional divers can give lessons and arrange excursions to spectacular dive sites along the coastal area. There are also dive centres situated at Aguadulce Beach where equipment can be rented by the day.
