Holidays in Costa D’en Blanes offer a good base from which to combine the tourist attractions around Palma with the picturesque villages, quieter resorts and wild splendour of Majorca’s north west coast. The resort is just a 30 minute drive from Deya or Soller. Popular excursions include the towns of Calvi and Soller, and the attractions of Aquacity and Marineland, an outstanding park with dolphins, sharks, turtles, rare birds and exotic reptiles. Breaks here are not complete without a couple of visits to the historic old town of Palma with its museums and splendid Gothic cathedral. The vibrant capital is a great place to wander. Palma has a fantastic selection of varied shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and a famously pulsating nightlife. Buses connect the town with Palma in a few minutes. Costa D’en Blanes is also superbly situated for visiting the lively resort of Magaluf.
