Playa de Talamanca Things To Do

Beaches
A pleasant resort of Talamaca has developed around the beautiful beach of Playa de Talamanca.  With a long stretch of white sands and crystal clear waters, this is a perfect place for a family break, romantic holiday or a getaway with your friends.  The beach has shallow waters so it’s safe for children and is great for swimming.  Playa den Bossa beach is not far away if you are looking for a busier beach.

Aguamar Water Park
This is a great day out for the kids if you are on a family holiday.  This is the largest waterpark in Ibiza and has loads of funfair rides and water chutes.  Even the adults will love it!  Or if its not your cup of tea, leave the children to have fun whilst you have a coffee in one of the restaurants and cafes in the park. 

Sports
If you take a visit to Playa de Talamanca you won’t find a shortage of things to do.  You could play a game of golf, or have a volley ball match.  There’s water polo and obviously plenty of different water sports to take part in, from wind surfing, snorkelling, diving, banana boats and pedalos.  You can even try out rifle shooting!  A lot of the hotels run competitions that you can also get involved with.

Restaurants
Food lovers will not be disappointed by the restaurants in Playa de Talamanca. From fresh seafood options to traditional Ibizan dishes to a variety of British favourites. For even more variety try nearby Ibiza town where you can try every type of international dish imaginable. There are lovely waterfront restaurants where you can look out and see the lights sparkling in Ibiza Town.

Nightlife
The nightlife in Playa de Talamanca is more relaxed and laid back than other Ibiza resorts but there are still plenty to do.  Add to that the close proximity of Ibiza Town and you have the best of both worlds when it comes to laid back pubs and clubs and also the more vibrant clubbing atmosphere of Ibiza town.  Talamanca is great for a relaxing holiday with the family.  You can have a day on a quiet beach, and go into town if you want a night out.

Ibiza Town
From Talamanca, it is only a 20 minute stroll to Ibiza Town. If that sounds too much like hard work, then you can take a ferry into the capital.  Ibiza Town is one of the biggest attractions and a day out there affords many sightseeing attractions. If you love shopping, this is will be the place to be. Check out the hippy markets and upmarket shopping boutiques.
