One of the hotel’s biggest selling points is its enviable location, on high ground next to the coast overlooking the sea. The beach is a 2 minute walk away, and Magaluf resort centre is 500m from the complex where you’ll find a selection of bars, cafes and restaurants as well as a lively nightlife scene. Families and couples alike will have a great day out at the waterpark, which is around a 15 minute walk from the hotel, and those with young children can take them to the nearby Pirate Show, which is about 5 minutes’ walk away. Those interested in golf will find the Santa Ponsa Golf Club within 15 km and the Poniente golf course within 2 km.

 

The hotel is made up of two buildings, the Antillas with 339 rooms and the Barbados with 428 rooms. All guestrooms are spacious, tastefully decorated in a modern style and comfortable. Many rooms have a sea view, which can be requested upon booking. Rooms have up to three beds in them, and some may have an extra child’s bed. All rooms come with satellite TV, mini bar, telephone, safety deposit box, air conditioning, full bathroom with WC, and balcony or terrace.

 

The Sol Antillas Barbados offers an impressive range of facilities, with 3 outdoor pools surrounded by well-kept Mediterranean-style gardens, spacious sun terraces and an indoor pool for those who need a break from the hot Portuguese sun. A buffet restaurant with Italian Corner serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, while two poolside bars provide refreshments to guests on the terraces. A lounge bar offer drinks throughout the day and into the evening.
