Low cost airline Ryanair has taken a step into the property rental market with the launch of Ryanairvillas.com. The move, in partnership with Web Reservations International allows Villa owners to manage their own advertisements on the website, with features including photos, maps and Villa descriptions.
Ryanair’s director of commercial revenue Sinead Finn stated that the partnership would be of great benefit to Ryanair customers,
"Property owners now have the chance to promote holiday rentals to Ryanair's 60 million passengers, while Ryanairvillas' simple design will enable owners to manage advertising content, bookings and enquiries at the click of a mouse". Ryanair have also announced a 50% reduction in advertising fees for the first week, so property owners can promote their Villa’s for only €100 plus VAT.
