With an excellent central location on the ever-popular International Drive, the 3-star Quality Inn International is a great choice for anyone looking to make the most of the theme parks Orlando has to offer. The hotel is fairly large and a full refurbishment was completed in 2011, giving the complex a clean, contemporary feel. Reviews frequently praise the friendly staff, location and good value for money the hotel offers. Rooms are very clean with comfortable beds and flat screen TV’s. One of the key selling points of the hotel is its fantastic position in the middle of International Drive. Step outside the complex and you’ll find a huge selection of restaurants, shops, cafes and bars. The shopping here is phenomenal, catering to every taste and budget, from designer boutiques to cut-price outlet malls. Excellent entertainment facilities include the huge World Bowling Centre and numerous golf courses in the area. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus to Universal Orlando® Resort, SeaWorld Orlando®, Wet 'n Wild Orlando® and Shingle Creek Golf Club, and for a small fee will take you to Disney World®.

 

Accommodation at the Quality Inn International consists of 728 rooms set over 6 floors. Rooms have been recently refurbished – modern décor and contemporary furnishings add a certain wow-factor. Standard rooms sleeping up to 5 people come with 2 double beds, plus an extra foldaway bed for a 5^th person (payable locally). All rooms have air conditioning, flat screen satellite TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, safe and full bathroom with WC.

 

The complex offers a good selection of facilities, including 2 tropical, heated outdoor swimming pools, surrounded by terraces with parasols and sun beds. The on-site restaurant serves a good selection of home-cooking style dishes that frequently receive praise in reviews. It has a generous policy whereby children under the age of 9 accompanied by a full paying adult eat for free. There is also a deli serving light snacks, sandwiches and other tasty treats. The lounge bar has a happy hour between 17:00 and 19:00, and puts on lively entertainment 3 times a week. There is a video games room, children’s pool and playground to keep the kids entertained. Other useful facilities include a 24-hour reception, currency exchange, laundry service, newspaper stand, gift shop and car parking.
