Accommodation Details

Simple and traditional 2-star accommodation, the Plaza Palmeras Apartments in the popular resort of Puerto del Carmen on Lanzarote provide an excellent base for a holiday in the Canaries. Room are basic but comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette perfect for self-catering. The whitewashed, low-rise buildings of the complex look out onto a spacious sun terrace area with a good sized free-form swimming pool and adjacent children’s pool. The hotel has a nice laid-back atmosphere and friendly, welcoming staff, and makes for a relaxing holiday for couples, families and groups of friends.

 
Location
The Plaza Palmeras Apartments are located in a good central position, 400m from the sandy beach of Puerto del Carmen and around 250m from the cafes, shops and restaurants of the resort centre. For those looking to enjoy the nightlife here, the main bar and club area is around 350m from the complex. The nearest supermarket is actually on-site at the hotel, so self-catering guests can buy supplies and essentials with ease, and there is another supermarket a few hundred metres from the complex.
 
Accommodation
Accommodation at the hotel consists of one bedroom apartments for 2-3 adults (or 2 adults and 2 children up to the age of 12) and has a twin bedroom with separate living area and sofa bed or one bedroom apartments for 2-4 adults with twin bedroom and living area with 2 sofa beds. All rooms come with a kitchenette with 2 electric cooking rings including fridge, toaster and kettle, coin operated satellite TV, bathroom with shower and WC and balcony or terrace. There is also a maid service 5 times a week.
 
Facilities
Guests at the Plaza Palmeras Apartments can spend their days in the sun lounging around the attractive free-form pool on the spacious sun terraces. Families with children will appreciate the shallow children’s pool next to the larger adult one. There is a restaurant and bar serving food and drinks throughout the day. An on-site mini-market provides essentials for those guests opting to self-cater. Foreign currency exchange and internet access are available in the reception area.
