Pernera Weather – Hot sun and warm sea for the perfect beach holiday
In high summer there is hardly any rain – not enough to register at all in July – and temperatures tend to be in excess of 30°C. It can also be humid. Given the relaxed atmosphere of Pernera, with its gentle breezes and the sparkling sea, the heat is a real plus for dedicated sun seekers, but if you like things a little cooler, you might consider spring or autumn. Pernera benefits from a long summer season with average daily high temperatures over 25°C from April to October. Spring will have slightly more rain but for most visitors the lush greenery more than makes up for the odd shower.

Weather in Pernera – Long hot summers, mild winters
Pernera’s long, hot summer is followed by a short, mild winter. This destination is an ideal place for a winter sun or activity holiday. December is the wettest month with just over 100 mm of rain, but even in the depths of winter there’s 5 or 6 hours of sun each day and temperatures reaching 16-18°C. The sea tends to be warm all year ranging from 16-17°C in January to almost 28°C in August. Take some warmer clothes for the Troodos Mountains though. In summer the air is pleasantly fresh; in winter you could even ski there in the morning before swimming in the Med in the afternoon.
