Ryanair Announce New Dublin Routes

cheap flightsRyanair, the low cost Irish airline reports that an extra million passengers a year are expected as a result of new routes, planes and flights added to its Dublin base. Ryanair, which is Europe's largest low-cost airline has announced six new European routes and will increase frequencies on 12 additional routes to the UK and Europe.

Ryanair Deputy Chief Executive Michael Cawley said: "With these new routes and additional flights, Ryanair expects to carry a record 10 million passengers through Dublin airport in 2008”.

Demand for cheap flights between Dublin and the United Kingdom has increased due to the popularity of Dublin as a city break location. Dublin City Breaks have been among the most popular in Europe in are expected to grow throughout 2008 and beyond.
