These awards honour achievement and excellence in leisure retail agents and travel management companies in the UK. Among the guests were over 275 leisure and business travel agents, including multiples and independents, making these prestigious awards one of the single largest gathering of agents in the UK. This is the fourteenth agent achievement awards and the event took place last night on the 22 April 2010 in the Royal Lancaster Hotel.
