Nerja Club, Costa Del Sol

A great choice for a laid-back Spanish holiday, the 3-star Hotel Nerja Club is found in a peaceful area of the Costa del Sol. The hotel is located in a quiet, residential area of Nerja, but well placed for enjoying all the local amenities with the resort centre just over 1km away, Burriana Beach within walking distance and Nerja’s Old Town equally close. Guests here will find an attractive, contemporary property with a good sized swimming pool and bar service around the sun terrace area, as well as a buffet restaurant and lounge bar. Rooms are very clean with large bathrooms and powerful showers. Reviews frequently praise the friendly staff and good value for money the complex offers. This hotel tends to attract couples and families.

 

The complex is found in a peaceful location on the outskirts of Nerja. A 20 minute walk will take you to the centre of town, where there are numerous bars, shops and restaurants. If you don’t fancy the walk, there is a bus stop across the road from the hotel that can take you there in minutes.  A 15 minute walk will take you to the gorgeous, sandy Burriana Beach- bear in mind that you will face a steep hill on the way back however, so this property may not be suited to those with walking difficulties(although taxis are cheap and easy to arrange). Within 200m of the hotel there is a selection of supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops.

 

Accommodation at the Hotel Nerja Club consists of 108 modern, clean rooms set across 4 floors in 3 buildings. Standard rooms can sleep up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, and come with 2 or 3 beds plus an additional camp bed if needed. All rooms come with air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, a good sized wardrobe, full bathroom with WC and powerful shower and balcony or terrace. 

 

Guests will benefit from a good selection of facilities at the Hotel Nerja Club, starting with the good-sized free-form pool and surrounding south-facing terraces that are a real sun trap. A poolside bar serves snacks and refreshments throughout the day. There is also an indoor heated pool and health spa with Jacuzzi and gym. A large, non-smoking dining room provides a buffet breakfast and dinner, while lunchtime snacks can be brought at the bar and a café offers a tapas menu as well as snacks. A lounge bar provides cool respite from the sun and is the scene of a lively evening entertainment programme, with live music 6 nights a week, Flamenco shows, and live singers. There is also a big screen TV here showing big sporting events and a happy hour every evening.
