The Mexicana Sharm Resort is located on Om el Seid Hill, around 4 miles from Naama Bay and approximately a mile from Sharm El Sheikh Old Town. There are two private beaches which the hotel runs a shuttle bus to – Palma Beach (Coral beach), great for snorkelling, diving and sunbathing, with a fantastic view over Tiran Island, and Terrazzina Beach Too (Sandy beach) well known for its laid back atmosphere and seafood specialties. Its location in Sharm El Maya Bay also makes it ideal for watersports and swimming. The resort centre of Naama Bay boasts a buzzing nightlife scene and wide choice of restaurants and cafes. There are a number of attractions close to the hotel, easily accessible by taxi, including a waterpark, dolphin park and go karting track. Sharm el Sheikh is famous for being one of the best diving areas in the world, with a huge number of diving schools to give lessons and dive sites to explore in the region.

Two bedroom family suites sleeping up to 5 have a living area with double sofa bed, separate double bedroom and separate twin bedroom. All rooms come with kitchenette, satellite TV, mini bar, air conditioning, safety deposit box, telephone, hairdryer, internet access, full bathroom with WC and balcony or terrace.
