Lake Trasimeno
The lake lies just a few kilometres away and offers a great alternative for a day out, with swimming, boating and sailing available, and water sports such as windsurfing. The shores of the lake are also ideal for walks and bike rides.
 
Day Trips
Paciano is a great base for exploring, with Montepulciano, Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino and Arezzo are all less than 50km away, and the major sights of Siena, Florence and Rome all easy day trips.
