Weather in Diano Marino - Sunshine on the Ligurian Riviera of Flowers
Diano Marino lies on the Liguria Coast, between Genoa and Nice on the northwest coast of Italy. The resort is situated on the Western Italian Riviera, known as the Riviera of Flowers, and boasts a typically-Mediterranean climate, with an average annual temperature of 16C. Diano Marino's northern location ensures pleasant weather and comfortable conditions even during the summer, without the soaring temperatures seen in the south.
 
Diano Marino Weather - Summer days on the beach
Spring sees ideal weather for sightseeing and, with the lush vegetation inland in bloom, great conditions for walking and cycling. April and May see highs of 15C - 18C, up to 6 hours of sunshine each day, and between 70mm - 90mm of rainfall each month. Summer weather begins in June, with temperatures of 22C, and up to 7 hours of sunshine each day. July and August experience temperatures rising to 24C, with very limited rainfall seen during these summer months. The beaches are the focal point of the resort and become increasingly busy during the tourist season, which runs from June to September.

October begins to cool down in Diano Marino, with temperatures of 18C and around 6 hours of sunshine each day. Temperatures in the winter are mild, ranging from 9C to 11C during the period from December to February, but sometimes dip down as low as 5C. Winter sees the wettest weather, with November receiving the most rainfall all year - around 170mm.
