Limone Weather – Stunning town and beautiful climate
The beautiful town of Limone is located in what is rightfully regarded as one of Italy’s natural beauty spots and boasts a beautiful climate to match. Limone is sheltered by the surrounding mountains and is blessed with a stable climate all year round. Lake Garda is warm enough to swim in as early as May and the air temperature during the peak summer months will climb to 30C and over. Spring comes early in Limone and by April the temperature will begin to creep near the 20C level. Rainfall should not be a problem during the hot dry summer months and will generally tend to appear during early spring and late autumn.
Weather in Limone – High temperatures during summer
The hot weather in Limone arrives during May with temperatures heading over the 20C mark during this month. June, July, and August are the peak season months when temperatures easily head up to and over the 30C mark. Limone does become busy with holiday makers during this period and the lake itself is the perfect temperature for swimming, sailing and enjoying numerous watersports. Humidity levels are relatively low for much of the year and as Limone is located at the north of Lake Garda there will always be cool breezes to soften the heat.
Limone Weather – Warm spring and autumn months
Holiday makers who prefer cooler temperatures should consider the spring and autumn months in Limone. Temperatures during these seasons will be warm at around 20C to 25C. There may also be a chance of rainfall but this is generally passes quickly. Winter in Limone will be cooler at around 6C but the weather will generally be mild and is perfect for sports such as mountain biking. Accommodation prices will also be lower during this season and this is the perfect time to book a winter holiday in Limone.
