The IFA Interclub Atlantic Hotel commands an enviable elevated position on a hillside in San Augustin, providing guests with stunning panoramic views across the Atlantic Ocean and the undulating sand dunes of Maspalomas. Most guests who stay here choose to book the all-inclusive option, but there is also half board and room-only available. A large, lagoon-style swimming pool set in extensive tropical gardens dotted with palm trees makes this an attractive and idyllic spot to spend days in the sun. There is a smaller additional swimming pool and 3 outdoor whirlpools providing ultimate relaxation. The hotel boasts a fantastic range of facilities, with 2 buffet restaurants and 4 bars, as well as excellent provision for children with a daily Kids Club, mini disco, children’s pool and playground. Both the beach and the resort centre of San Augustín are easily accessible.

The hotel is located in a quiet part of San Augustin, around 1km from the shops and bars of the resort, and around 5km from the much busier Playa del Ingles, where those seeking a lively night out will find plenty of bars and clubs. The nearest bus stop is a pleasant 800m walk from the hotel, and the sandy beach is just 500m away, accessible by some steps down the hillside. For a change of scenery, Maspalomas Beach is 5.2 km, and those interested in golf will find the Maspalomas golf course a little further on at around 8km away. More sedate and relaxed than its lively neighbour Playa del Ingles, San Augustin is great for those after a peaceful beach holiday.

Accommodation at the IFA Interclub Atlantic Hotel consists of 419 well-equipped rooms, suites and bungalows. Accommodation is spacious, clean and tidy. Rooms can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, and come with twin beds, a fold up bed and sometimes an additional sofa bed. Junior suites can sleep up to 4 adults and come with a large living/sleeping area divided by a curtain, a sofa bed or an additional bed and two twin beds. The bungalows sleep a maximum of five adults and come with an extra bed, two separate bedrooms, living/dining rooms, and a kitchen. All accommodation comes with satellite TV with both free and pay channels, telephone, safety deposit box, bathroom with shower and WC, and terrace or balcony with either a sea view, garden view or inland view.

 

The hotel boasts an excellent range of facilities, with 2 large buffet restaurants, 4 bars (including 2 poolside bars), 2 free form swimming pools, a children’s pool and 3 whirlpools. There is a good selection of activities on offer, including football, basketball, waterpolo, archery, volleyball, table tennis, and darts to name a few. Entertainment here is put on 6 days a week and including poolside games and quizzes for adults and children, and also a variety of family entertainment in the evening, such as fashion and magic shows, comedy sketches, live music, the ‘ Mr. or Mrs. IFA Interclub Atlantic’ competition, and a late night disco. Children will be well looked after, with a Kids Club 6 days a week, evening mini disco and evening kids shows.
