The Habitat Apartments are situated 850m from the long sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa. The sea here is warm and shallow – ideal for families with young children. A 15 minute walk from the hotel will take you to a picturesque marina, where you can watch the colourful boats bobbing in the water from a selection of cafes and restaurants. There resort centre of Puerto Pollensa is around a 15-20 minute walk, and has an attractive main square (Plaça Miguel Capllonch) bordered on three sides by restaurants, shops and bars. There are also 4 small sandy coves nearby for a secluded, relaxing day in the sun. Those looking to explore the area can take a bus to nearby Alcudia, where there is a market every Sunday; the journey takes a round 15 minutes.

 

Accommodation at the Habitat Apartments consists of 110 one or two bedroom guestrooms. Rooms are comfortable and clean. One bedroom apartments have a double bedroom and lounge area with 2 sofa beds, and sleep 2-4 adults. Two bedroom apartments sleep 2-6 adults and have a double bedroom, twin bedroom, and lounge area with 2 sofa beds. All rooms come with a kitchenette including 2 cooking rings, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle, air conditioning, satellite TV, safety deposit box, bathroom with shower and WC and balcony or terrace.

 

The hotel has a good range of facilities for a relatively small complex, with 3 swimming pools (including one for children), and leisure facilities including a pool table, table tennis and video games. There is occasional evening entertainment organised by the animation team, with shows and live music. A poolside bar serves drinks and snacks to guests relaxing around the pool and also doubles at the hotel’s restaurant. Other facilities provided include currency exchange, a laundry service, 24 hour reception and luggage room. Guests can also use the facilities at the Aparthotel Duva, 550 metres away, which includes a spa.
