Kamari Weather – Beautiful summer sunshine
Glorious sunshine abounds all summer long in Kamari making it the perfect beach holiday in Santorini. Situated on the South-Eastern coast of Santorini, Kamari’s 2km long volcanic sandy beach is perfect for soaking up the sun. Temperatures in the summer months from June to September are often in the range of 27C-28C with an amazing 13 hours of sunlight each day. Whilst Kamari does experience moderate humidity during this time the light coastal breeze is a welcome refrain. This makes the days perfect for spending on the beach and the evenings for relaxing in the beach side bars and restaurants.

Weather in Kamari – The ideal beach holiday
Boasting an impressive range of watersports, from adrenaline pumping waterskiing and wakeboarding to tranquil diving, Kamari’s climate is just right for these to be enjoyed. The sea waters warm up to 25c in the summer months where beautiful marine life flourishes and the skies are impossibly clear giving uninterrupted sunshine all day long, perfect for relaxing in with a sun lounger and umbrella.

Kamari Weather– Perfect for off season exploring
Spring and Autumn are the ideal seasons for exploring the island of Santorini where the capital Fira sits atop a 400m volcanic caldera and the nearby Port of Skala offers boat tours across to the nearby Nea Kameni volcano. Temperatures in Kamari during these months range from 19C-25C with next to no humidity experienced, making Kamari an excellent choice for an off season holiday. Although there may be the odd showers of rainfall these are dried out quickly by the heat and barely total 1 inch of rainfall per month. Where temperatures in the winter months do not fall much below 15C rainfall does increase slightly, but with 11 hours of daylight each day Kamari can still present a welcome break.
