Pefkos Weather

Rhodes benefits from one of the most desirable climates and the beautiful weather in Pefkos is no exception. Long hot summer months with practically no rainfall is the norm in Pefkos. The peak summer months of June, July and August bring the hottest weather to Pefkos. Clear blue skies, 25C sea waters and constant sunshine make Pefkos an idyllic holiday destination. The beaches at Pefkos and nearby Lindos do become popular from May onwards when the temperatures start to rise towards the 30C mark. Temperatures of 35C and above are not uncommon, especially during the hottest month of August. Evening temperatures are a pleasant 22C; perfect for strolls along the beach or dining in the open air restaurants.

Cooler temperatures in Pefkos can be found during the spring and autumn months, and many holiday makers regard these seasons as the best time to visit. Pefkos does become awash with the changing seasonal colours and the weather will be warm and pleasant. Easter and October holidays in Pefkos will see temperatures hovering around the 20C – 23C mark and sunshine levels will be around seven hours per day. Winters in Pefkos will also be warm at 16C but rainfall levels will be slightly elevated during this season.
