Pefkos Things to Do

Pefkos beach is one of several golden sand beaches dotted along the east coast of Rhodes. With pine trees as a backdrop and shallow warm waters this will be the place to spend long lazy days in the hot sunshine. Other nearby beaches can include Lindos, Lardos and Kiotari to the south.

Diving
Diving is available at nearby Lindos, and lessons, equipment rental and excursions to the best dives sites in the Greek islands are available. 

One of the biggest seeing attractions will be to make the 2 mile trip from Pefkos to Lindos to view the ancient Acropolis including the 4^th century Temple of Athena. Excursions to Lindos from Pefkos can be made by glass bottom boat. Boat trips to Faliraki are also available to enjoy the largest water park in Europe and the liveliest nightlife. A sightseeing flight around Rhodes can be taken by airplane at Flyers Café down by Pefkos beach.

Day trips from Pefkos can include bustling Rhodes Town via a boat trip from Lindos. Rhodes Town is one of the most popular spots on Rhodes. A day or night out in the Old Town or Turkish Quarter will provide ancient historic ruins and the best restaurants, shopping opportunities and nightlife on Rhodes. Holiday makers can arrive early and take hydrofoil over to Marmaris in Turkey or a voyage around the amazing Greek islands.
