Weather in Tingaki - Sunshine on the north coast of Kos
Located on the north coast of Kos, Tingaki is a small relaxed resort with a laid-back atmosphere, and thanks to its typically Mediterranean climate, remains a quiet haven for a peaceful beach holiday. Tingaki has an average summer temperature of 30C, and sees a glorious 14 hours of sunshine each day during the peak season months. 
 
Weather in Tingaki - Hot dry summers, ideal for the beach
Although the tourist season in Tingaki runs from May to October, spring sees warm and pleasant weather, with average daytime highs of 20C in April, and 9 hours of sunshine. Days are relatively dry, with 36mm of rainfall, and visitors can enjoy sightseeing, walking, hiking and cycling before it gets too hot. May heats up to 24C, and by June the resort sees average highs of 29C, and 13 hours of sun each day - ideal conditions for relaxing on the long sandy beach. Peak season in Tingaki sees the temperature soar to 32C and the sun shining for 14 hours each day, with an increase in humidity and no rain at all. The sea temperature hovers around 24C in July and August, great for swimming and water sports, and with night-time temperatures around 19C - 22C, evenings can be spent dining al-fresco in the tavernas and enjoying drinks outside the bars.           
 
Weather in Tingaki - Long season running from May to October
The hot weather in Tingaki continues into October, with average daytime highs of 29C, but by September the town begins to cool down, with temperatures around 24C. There is increased rain at this time, with September receiving 17mm during the month, rising to 59mm in October, however there is still plenty of sunshine - between 8 - 11 hours each day. Winters see mild weather with temperatures of 14C - 16C, and the wettest month of January receiving 169mm of rain.
