Beach

The beaches at Assos basically amount to a handful of small sandy beaches and secluded coves accessible through hiring a boat. For those looking for beaches with water sports and modern facilities, an excursion to Myrtos Beach is a must. As one of the most famous beaches in all of Kefalonia, Myrtos Beach has been voted as one of Europe’s most beautiful.

Walking

Being largely pedestrianised, Assos is good for tourists who fancy a break every once in a while by going for a stroll around its narrow lanes.
