Panormos Weather – 300 sunny days per year
A charming village, beautiful Cretan beaches and a hot climate make Panormos a sunshine destination favourite with UK holiday makers. The climate in Panormos will be a joy for holiday makers who love an abundance of warm to hot sunshine. Summers in Panormos are hot and dry while winters remain short and mild with some rainfall. The north coast of Crete remains pleasant and comfortable throughout the year with temperatures slightly lower than those found in the south coast. Rainfall will appear during the early spring, late autumn, and winter months but should not greatly disturb any holiday in Panormos.
 
Weather in Panormos – High temperatures all summer
Holiday makers are virtually guaranteed sunshine with Panormos’s record breaking 300 sunny days per year. The peak summer months from June through September will see temperatures in Panormos hovering around the 30C mark. Temperatures can regularly exceed 30C during the summer and rainfall will be practically nonexistent. Sunshine levels in Panormos are high with the summer months receiving an average 12 hours of sunshine per day. The sea waters are warm for much of the year and swimming can be enjoyed as late as mid November. Evenings will be pleasant during the summer months with a minimum 20C temperature.
 
Panormos Weather – Warm sunshine all year round
The spring and autumn months in Panormos are pleasant and warm although some rainfall can usually be expected. During March and April Panormos becomes very fresh, green and warm with temperatures hovering around the 20C mark. October is another popular month, with temperatures of 24C and sea waters still warm. Winter holidays in Panormos will be cooler at around 18C, and rainfall levels do become elevated. There are still plenty of bright sunny days during the winter and it can be comparable to a bright spring day in the UK.
