Weather in Roda - Mediterranean climate on Corfu's north coast
The beach resort of Roda lies in the middle of the north coast of Corfu, and enjoys a scenic location at the end of the bay, backed by mountains. With its typically Mediterranean climate, Roda experiences hot dry summers and cool wetter winters, and being on the north of the island, sees slightly lower temperatures than other resorts in the south.
 
Weather in Roda - Mild spring days, hot dry summers 
The weather in spring is mild in Roda, with March and April seeing highs of 15C - 18C, and between 4 - 7 hours of sunshine each day. Being at the end of the rainy season, the resort receives 115mm of rain in March, decreasing to 77mm in April, meaning changeable conditions, as well as chilly evening temperatures of 7C - 9C at night. May experiences highs of 23C and 9 hours of sunshine each day, and by June the sun is out for up to 11 hours and the temperature is a very warm 27C. High season sees tourists basking in 30C temperatures, and the beaches remain busy, whilst the sea hovers around 24C - 25C. Rainfall in the summer is limited, with July and August seeing just 14mm - 25mm each month. Night-time temperatures reach 18C in the height of the summer, meaning great weather for evening strolls and al-fresco dining.       
 
Weather in Roda - Rainy season begins in late autumn
September continues to see high temperatures of 27C in Roda, and 8 hours of sun, but there is more rain - up to 77mm during the month. Temperatures drop to 22C in October, and the rainy season begins in Roda during this month, when the resort can experience as much as 150mm. This continues throughout the winter, with November and December seeing over 200mm each month, accompanied by highs of 14C - 17C. The coldest month in Roda is January, reaching just 12C and seeing just 4 hours of sunshine.
