Corfu’s hot climate means that sports activities in Corfu Town are very popular. From water sports including windsurfing, jet-skiing, diving, and sailing to land sports including horse riding, tennis and hiking. Golf in Corfu Town is available via the 18-hole championship course at Ropa Valley.
 
Historic Corfu Town
Corfu Town is a cultural hotspot. Attractions include the spectacular Corfu Town Venetian architecture dating back to the 15th century including the Old Fortress and the Church of Agios Spyridon. The Archaeological museum in Corfu Town is well worth a visit and the impressive Esplanade ranks as the largest town square in Europe.
