Got a quick question?
Q: I believe my tickets are incorrect, what should I do?
A: Please contact our Customer Services team straight away to discuss this with us. We can advise if there has been an amendment to your flight times imposed by the airline you are due to travel with. If you have spotted a name spelling error on your tickets, please note that some airlines may choose to charge to amend. If you have checked in online the airline may not permit any amendments to the ticket.
