I believe my tickets are incorrect, what should I do?
Please contact our Customer Services team straight away to discuss this with us. We can advise if there has been an amendment to your flight times imposed by the airline you are due to travel with. If you have spotted a name spelling error on your tickets, please note that some airlines may choose to charge to amend. If you have checked in online the airline may not permit any amendments to the ticket.
Why are my tickets available on departure ( TOD ), how do I collect them?
Some airlines, which supply paper tickets by post, will instead instruct you to collect them if your booking is made close to your date of departure. This is because there is a chance that they would not arrive in time for your journey. Airlines may advise that your tickets are available on departure if booking 14 days or less before travel.
A collection point may be advised at point of sale. This may be the check-in desk itself or the desk of a handling agent appointed by the airline which can also be found at your departure airport.

When will I receive my flight tickets?
If your flights are with a charter airline, you may be due to receive paper tickets approximately 7 to 10 days prior to departure. If travelling with a low cost no frills or scheduled airline, then it is possible that your tickets will be e-mailed to you.
