Q: If I book by phone will I still receive an invoice confirmation and how?
A: If you choose to make your booking with us by phone, you will be asked for an e-mail address to which we will send your booking confirmation. If you don’t have access to a computer, you are welcome to request a posted copy.
There may be documents, in some cases tickets and invoices that need to be passed on by suppliers that may only be sent by post. The sales or customer services agent you speak to will ask for relevant contact details if this is the case. Further information about tickets can be found in our FAQ.
