A: In most cases it may be possible to increase your hold baggage allowance or increase the amount of bags it may be carried in. Each airline will set its own policy and pricing regarding hold baggage. Therefore we will need to provide you with a quotation upon request. When calling or e-mailing us please remember to include your existing booking reference so that we can respond to your enquiry more efficiently.

Please allow us sufficient time prior to your day of departure and ideally before your tickets are issued. We are unable to increase your baggage allowance on day of departure and therefore if you exceed your ticketed allowance, the airline may apply excess charges which are usually considerably higher.
