Q: I need to cancel down my booking, what do I have to do?
A: We do require instruction to cancel from the lead passenger in writing. The best way to do this is by sending an e-mail to us from our Customer Services contact form by clicking on the link below.  Please remember to select the cancellation’ option next to the question ‘What can we help with?

Please make it clear to us if you are looking to cancel your whole booking or just specific members from your party. To help us assist you quicker, please include your booking reference number. We will e-mail back advising you of the cancellation charges and seek your consent prior to cancelling. A cancellation invoice can also be issued should you require one for insurance purposes upon request.

Directline Holidays booking conditions apply and further details regarding amendment and cancellation charges can be found within. Whereby Directline Holidays is acting as an agent for another tour operator, their booking conditions will also be applicable.
