Q: How do I find out if it is possible to make amendments to my booking and who do I contact?
A: We do understand that you may have to consider making changes to your booking for a variety of reasons and will do our best to meet your requirements. In many cases the sooner you can contact us, the better. This is because many of our accommodation suppliers have staggered charges for cancelling and or amending. It may not always be possible to simply make the changes for an amendment fee. For example many of the flights we sell are non-refundable.

Please contact our friendly Customer Services team by phone or e-mail to find out what is possible with your booking and obtain a quote for making your desired changes. In order for us to assist you more efficiently, please have your booking reference number to hand when calling or include this in your e-mail.
