Q: Can I change my accommodation after I have booked?
A: We understand that sometimes during the excitement of waiting to start your holiday, some customers may change their mind about their chosen accommodation. Maybe you want to be closer to the city to explore the shops, or nearer to a beautiful beach for relaxation.

We can usually amend the accommodation for your holiday package after you have booked and before you travel. Please contact our experienced Customer Services team for a quote. The sooner you call the better as it generally increases our chance of getting you what you want.

The cost will depend on the following factors and we will do our best to make the cost as wallet friendly as possible. We will check to see if we can put any money already paid for your existing accommodation towards your quoted alternative. If the quoted alternative is of a higher value we would seek this difference from you, and there maybe an administration fee applicable. Accommodation is subject to availability and prices can fluctuate.

If you are changing accommodation to a different resort or country it may also affect your flights and any transfer arrangements which we can quote on separately.
