Q: Can I change a name on my booking?
A: If a member of your party is unable to travel, it may be more cost effective for you to simply change a name, if another friend or family member can travel in their place, rather than incur cancellation charges. In the majority of cases name changes can be processed quickly prior to your date of travel. Please contact our friendly Customer Services team by e-mail or telephone. There will be an amendment fee applicable along with any charges imposed by the accommodation and flight provider. In order for us to assist you more efficiently, please have your booking reference number to hand when calling or include this in your e-mail.
In some cases if you have checked in online for your flight, it may not be possible to amend your flight ticket.
