I need to cancel down my booking, what do I have to do?
We do require instruction to cancel from the lead passenger in writing. The best way to do this is by sending an e-mail to us from our Customer Services contact form by clicking on the link below.

Please make it clear to us if you are looking to cancel your whole booking or just specific members from your party. To help us assist you quicker, please include your booking reference number. We will e-mail back advising you of the cancellation charges and seek your consent prior to cancelling. A cancellation invoice can also be issued should you require one for insurance purposes upon request.

How do I find out if it is possible to make amendments to my booking and who do I contact?
We do understand that you may have to consider making changes to your booking for a variety of reasons and will do our best to meet your requirements. In many cases the sooner you can contact us, the better. This is because many of our accommodation suppliers have staggered charges for cancelling and or amending. It may not always be possible to simply make the changes for an amendment fee. For example many of the flights we sell are non-refundable.

Please contact our friendly Customer Services team by phone or e-mail to find out what is possible with your booking and obtain a quote for making your desired changes. In order for us to assist you more efficiently, please have your booking reference number to hand when calling or include this in your e-mail.

Can I upgrade my accommodation or board basis after booking?
Many of our customers go on holiday with us to celebrate a special occasion, or wished that had booked ‘all inclusive’ as it better suits their needs. If you would like a quote to upgrade your room type or board basis, after booking and before travelling, please contact our experienced Customer Services team. Tell them what you would like to have and they can provide a quote and check availability for you.
Can I change my accommodation after I have booked?
We understand that sometimes during the excitement of waiting to start your holiday, some customers may change their mind about their chosen accommodation. Maybe you want to be closer to the city to explore the shops, or nearer to a beautiful beach for relaxation.

We can usually amend the accommodation for your holiday package after you have booked and before you travel. Please contact our experienced Customer Services team for a quote. The sooner you call the better as it generally increases our chance of getting you what you want.

The cost will depend on the following factors and we will do our best to make the cost as wallet friendly as possible. We will check to see if we can put any money already paid for your existing accommodation towards your quoted alternative. If the quoted alternative is of a higher value we would seek this difference from you, and there maybe an administration fee applicable. Accommodation is subject to availability and prices can fluctuate.

If you are changing accommodation to a different resort or country it may also affect your flights and any transfer arrangements which we can quote on separately.
Can I change a name on my booking?
If a member of your party is unable to travel, it may be more cost effective for you to simply change a name, if another friend or family member can travel in their place, rather than incur cancellation charges. In the majority of cases name changes can be processed quickly prior to your date of travel. Please contact our friendly Customer Services team by e-mail or telephone. There will be an amendment fee applicable along with any charges imposed by the accommodation and flight provider. In order for us to assist you more efficiently, please have your booking reference number to hand when calling or include this in your e-mail.

In some cases if you have checked in online for your flight, it may not be possible to amend your flight ticket.
