Diasselo Apartments, Crete

The Diasselo Apartments is a haven of calm in a very popular and often rather busy area of Crete. The Diasselo Apartments are superbly located within easy walking distance of two contrasting Crete beach resorts. A 5 minute walk takes you to the famously lively nightlife of Malia. 5 minutes in the other direction is the rather quieter resort of Stalis with its atmospheric restaurants and laid-back bar scene. With just 15 apartments the Diasselo has a wonderfully homely feel. Daytime relaxation centres on a relaxing pool area and a poolside snack bar. It is a very easy stroll down to the beach or into the resort centre. Apartments are spacious and well-maintained. Families with young children will appreciate quiet evenings and the superb sandy beach just 5 minutes from the door. This is also an idyllic spot for couples wishing to sample a little Crete nightlife while remaining quietly apart from the hustle and bustle of Malia resort centre. The Diasselo excels when it comes to quiet relaxation by keeping things simple, low-key and small-scale. Loyal guests often end up feeling like part of the family. Young partying holidaymakers should probably look elsewhere!

 

A superb position between the resorts of Malia and Stalis. A 3 minute walk from the beach. A 5 minute walk from bars and nightlife. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the immediate area. Useful local buses stop 200m from the apartments.

 

Apartments come in different sizes. Twin bed or double bed studios sleep 2. One-bedroom apartments have a separate twin /double bedroom. Sofa beds can increase capacity to 4. Family apartments can sleep 4. All accommodation comes with a shower room and `private balcony or terrace. Kitchenettes are equipped with the self-catering essentials. There are just 15 apartments in total.

 

A good pool, a peaceful sun terrace and a poolside bar serving breakfasts and light meals. Internet access is available. No anonymous buffet restaurant, no cheesy cabaret, no organised sports and no noisy night time bar!
