Club Alize, Turkey

A fantastic 4-star family orientated hotel, the Club Alize has great provision for those with children, including a children’s pool, waterslides, playground, games room, Kids Club and evening mini disco. While the kids are being entertained, mum and dad can relax on the sun terraces surrounding the large pool, keep refreshed in one of the bars or make use of the excellent Health Spa facilities. The location is fantastic too – 15 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from nearby shops, bars and restaurants and a short drive from Marmaris resort centre.

 

The Club Alize is around 800m from the beach, where there are numerous watersports and beach bars. The resort centre of Marmaris is around 2km away. Marmaris boasts one of the most vibrant nightlife scenes in Turkey, picturesque marinas and plenty of historical sites, including the impressive Marmaris Castle. A Friday Market is located around 1km from the hotel, where a variety of traditional Turkish wares and foodstuffs are on offer. Dalaman Airport is the nearest airport to the complex, with transfers taking around 1 hour 45 minutes.

 

Accommodation at the Club Alize consists of 146 clean and spacious rooms, set across two 5-floor buildings. One-bedroom family rooms sleep up to 4 and come with separate twin or double bedroom, as well as a living area with 2 sofa beds. Two bedroom family rooms sleep up to 6 and come with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a living area with 2 sofa beds. And rooms for 2 people can be arranged, with a double or twin beds in the living area. All rooms come with a kitchenette with 2 cooking rings, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle, satellite TV, telephone, hairdryer, full bathroom with WC and balcony or terrace.

 

There is a good range of facilities at the complex, based around the large Olympic-shaped pool complete with waterslides. A poolside bar serves snacks and refreshments for those relaxing on the sun terraces. There is an on-site a la carte restaurant serving international cuisine and local dishes. The English-pub themed bar is regularly praised for its great atmosphere in reviews, where there is a variety of regular evening entertainment put on. Entertainment includes live music, live shows, karaoke, bingo, quizzes and a weekly Turkish night. Other facilities include an onsite mini-market and gift shop, laundry service, internet access, satellite TV area and 24-hour reception.
