The Caribbean Beach Resort makes a wonderfully relaxing base for visiting the famous Disney theme parks. Six different accommodation villages are set on the shores of a beautiful 45 acre lake inside Walt Disney World. Sandy beaches, swaying palms, quiet islands and landscaped tropical grounds are a refreshing contrast to the non-stop action of the Disney attractions. The entire resort has a tropical theme. You will find a colonial fort, a Caribbean market and pastel coloured villages named after Caribbean islands. Well-maintained accommodation villages are set in lush grounds around the sandy beaches of Barefoot Bay. Each village has its own swimming pool. The main resort pool and waterpark is a spectacular pirate-themed affair with towers, cannons and waterslides. Hot tubs are popular with the adults. There’s a special water play area for smaller children and an island nature trail and playground. The focus of the resort is Old Port Royale with its shops and Caribbean themed food court. First-time visitors will be amazed at the sheer size of the resort. Easy walking and cycling trails are great way to explore the site and observe tropical wildlife. Parrot Cay Island has an aviary with colourful tropical birds. A variety of boating options depart from The Marina. Location:
The Caribbean Beach Resort is located inside Walt Disney World, near the Epcot theme park, the Disney-MGM Studios and the downtown Disney entertainment and restaurant area. Accommodation is spread in six separate Caribbean villages located close to the shore of 45-acre Barefoot Bay Lake. Efficient buses move guests around the resort and to and from the main theme park area.

 

Accommodation: 
Spacious air-conditioned rooms have two double beds. All rooms come with flat-screen TV, living area and a full bathroom. Lots of useful extras like a fridge, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, safe box and coffee making facilities. Special Pirate Rooms feature ship-themed beds and pirate-themed accessories.

 

Facilities: 
The main pirate-themed pool and waterpark is complemented by individual village pools and lakeside beaches. Films are shown by the pool. A variety of boats for hire along with bicycles. Sports facilities include a jogging trail and volleyball court. Five Disney championship golf courses can be reached from the resort. Holidays at Disney resorts usually offer special privileges like extended entry hours , special dining plans and purchases delivered to rooms.
