These terms and conditions cover your use of our website as well as your dealings with us when we supply services to you via our UK call centre. We are Holidayline (UK) Limited trading as Directline Holidays and our call centre and correspondence address is at No 1 Croydon, 12-16 Addiscombe Road, Croydon, Surrey, UK, CR0 0XT.  Our ATOL number is 9103 and our ABTA number D6770.

Booking conditions & site/ call centre information
When we supply services to you we will make it clear whether your booking arrangements are being supplied by us directly to you or whether we are supplying services as an agent of another third party service provider or tour operator (see link Directline Holidays Agency Booking Conditions). When using this site or our call centre you consent in full to our and/or the relevant supplier or tour operator’s terms and conditions at all times without qualification or amendment; if you do not, you may not use our site or our services. 

All bookings made on this site or through our call centre are subject to our product booking conditions and/or the relevant supplier's/tour operator's booking conditions, in addition to these site conditions. Please print or request a copy of all the applicable booking conditions when making a booking. Note that all booking conditions contain limitations and exclusions of liability, and cancellation and amendment charges are payable if a booking is cancelled or amended after it has been confirmed.  Our main product booking conditions are shown in the links below.

If you are unable to open any of the above mentioned sets of conditions, they can also be made available upon request to you. If your booking is with another tour operator, for whom we are acting only as an agent, and you require a copy of their conditions please contact us.

Governing law & UK only non commercial use
This site as well as our call centre services and the information and prices we provide are intended for use only by users who access our site and services from the United Kingdom and by members of the public only to make travel bookings. We do not accept bookings made by travel agents or other agents acting on behalf of members of the public. The services we offer are governed only by English Law and any disputes will fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

The copyright in the content of this site belongs to us or to the licensors of such content and we reserve the copyright and all proprietary rights in this site and all its content. The name 'Directline Holidays’ and any other marks, logos and graphics of either Directline Holidays or Holidayline (UK) Ltd trading as Directline Holidays displayed on this site are registered trademarks of Holidayline Limited. Other third party suppliers or tour operator names displayed on this site may be the trademarks of their respective owners.
