At the Southern end of Austrian Tyrol within the famous Stubai valley lies the beautiful medieval town of Fulpmes. To the south of the town the Peak of Serles Mountain rises up to 2715 metres dominating the surrounding valley. During the summer months the Stubai Alps come into bloom creating a stunning environment from where to explore the valleys and the peaks of this enchanting area. A funicular transports you to Schlick 2000 from where you can explore the trails offering in one direction stunning panoramic views of the valley to Innsbruck and in another a chance to explore a nature trail exposing a great deal of the indigenous flora and geology. For the thrill seeker in you there is also paragliding and hang gliding offered from Kreuzjock.
