The modern, attractive Ziakis Studios are situated in a secluded location in Pefkos, ideal for a romantic break for couples. Due to its elevated position, the walk to the hotel from town is uphill, so this complex may not be suited to elderly customers or those with pushchairs.

 

The property is situated in an elevated position on a hillside, with mountains behind it and the Mediterranean Sea in front. The main strip in Pefkos is around a 15-20 minute walk downhill from the Ziakis Studios. Around 20 minutes’ walk away is the beautiful Liminaki Beach with a long, golden sands. There is a bus stop 5 minutes’ walk away from the hotel that runs a service to Lindos where there are many more restaurant and cafes and a selection of boutique shops.

 

Accommodation at the Ziakis Studios consists of 50 rooms, with 40 studios sleeping up to 2 people, one triple-bed studio and 9 one-bedroom apartments sleeping up to 4 people. Rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable. All rooms come with a kitchenette including cooking rings‚ fridge and kettle, satellite TV, hairdryer, safety deposit box, full bathroom with WC and balcony or terrace. Bed linen is changed twice weekly.

 

Guests frequently comment on the good range of facilities offered at the complex. The pool area is spoken very highly of, with its wide, clean sun terraces, good-sized pool and plentiful sun loungers. A poolside bar serves drinks and refreshments for those relaxing on the sun terraces during the day, and there is a main lounge bar in the complex serving cocktails and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in the evenings. An on-site mini market offers provisions for those opting to self-cater, while for entertainment there is a pool table, games room with satellite TV and children’s pool for the kids.
