TripAdvisor Hosts 15 Million Reviews - Wed. 09 Apr. 2008
The number of reviews on TripAdvisor has grown by 50% in under a year, cementing its position as the world’s largest travel community. The US-based, Expedia-owned site announced that five million additional reviews have been submitted in the last 9 months, growing from 10 million in June 2007 to 15 million in March 2008.
Hayes & Jarvis Double Conversion Rate With TripAdvisor Hotel Reviews - Wed. 23 Jan. 2008
TripAdvisor has released preliminary results of the deal which saw its hotel reviews integrated onto the Hayes and Jarvis website last July. It was the first time that a tour operator had reviews from TripAdvisor and today’s results suggest the deal has been a success with visitors who read the reviews converting at twice the rate of those who didn't.

TripAdvisor will launch a test version of its new site in the UK before proceeding with a global launch. The review site, which is currently the largest of its kind in the world, is owned by Expedia is expected to be integrated into the US in the next couple of months.
