Sousse Weather - Holiday weather all year round
You can take a holiday in Sousse at any time of the year and you will still find glorious sunshine. The summer season in Sousse lasts from May until early October, and from June to October you will find the temperature stays around the 30C mark, although don’t be surprised if it rise above that. During the summer months the sun will shine down for around twelve hours per day but the heat is usually moderated by coastal breezes. Winter days are warm and sunny with temperatures in December to February fluctuating between 16C and 20C.
Weather in Sousse – Summer days that never end
Sousse is located in the northern Sahara region of Africa, and as you would expect, the temperatures during the summer months are intense but not as hot as the inland regions. The heat is dry and not excessively hot although in the hottest months from June to September you can expect some days to see temperatures of 33C. Some holiday makers prefer to visit Sousse in the spring and autumn months when the climate is more comfortable; temperatures in March are around 20C while November will be 21C. Evenings will be warm and pleasant, the ideal time to relax in open air restaurants and sip cooling drinks.

Rainfall during the winter months is moderate and short lived, and the sun will be shining for around seven hours per day. You can expect the temperatures to stay around 18C; more than enough to achieve a golden tan. The warm winter climate in Sousse makes it a comfortable time to sight see and visit other areas Port El Kantaoui, Mahdia and Skanes.
