Ski Solutions Makes ifyouski Acquisition

London based specialist travel agency Ski Solutions has acquired ifyouski.com from Online Travel Corporation (OTC) for an undisclosed fee. The current ifyouski.com brand will be retained but "substantial new investment" has been promised for promotion of the site. ifyouski is currently in its ninth season, providing chalet, apartment and hotel holidays from 40 ski tour operators.
 
Ski Solutions, who already have a significant web presence of its own, will continue to retain its own identity, selling ski holidays both online and over the phone and building on its reputation as a provider of ski holidays to luxury properties in popular resorts.  Ski Solutions has been in business for 20 years, dealing in hotels, chalets and luxury apartments on both sides of the Atlantic.

Ski Solutions director Lizzie Norton said: "We have been involved with the ifyouski.com brand since its inception 10 years ago, providing fulfilment services for the site.  This exciting acquisition now gives us complete control over all aspects of the site and allows us to develop the online product for ifyouski's rapidly expanding customer base.

The ifyouski site enables users to browse snow reports, webcams and resorts to research worldwide ski and snow information. There is also a comprehensive news, technique and skiing equipment section as well as at community section which features weekly newsletters, competitions and polls.
