Silverjet, the all business class airline will operate flights to Dubai in addition to those offered to New York. Silverjet will begin the service in November with prices starting at £1,099 for a return. A discount of £100 will be offered for flights departing between November 18th and December 18th.
Silverjet will be the first airline to use the new executive terminal at Dubai International Airport and Chief executive Lawrence Hunt said: "With premium air traffic growing at 20% year-on-year, this new route represents an exciting opportunity for Silverjet."
A statement confirmed that Dubai was chosen over several other short-listed destinations because of its growing status as one of the world's fastest-developing commercial centres and its buoyant business relationship with the UK.
