Sernabatim's proximity to Colva means that there are many options for a change of pace, as its neighbour is the largest and most commercial resort in South Goa, and within easy walking distance. Although Colva boasts a number of amenities for visitors, the scene is nothing like the renowned resorts of the north, such as Baga and Anjuna, and the atmosphere is still laid-back and casual. There are many choices for eating and drinking, with the copious beach shacks serving up delicious local specialities at excellent prices.
